Mari Lwyd is a Welsh Christmas folk custom involving the use of an eponymous hobby horse made from a horse’s skull mounted on a pole and carried by an individual hidden under a sackcloth. Battling through song at doorsteps with homeowners. We wish to carry on this tradition with a song in sauce form of Cranberry, apple, raisins, scotch bonnets and aji amarillo. Perfect on lamb, pork, served with stuffing and turkey for the holiday meal, and virtually anything you want to add a tart and delicious spicy kick to. Limited quantities available.
